Dittyville Shipping Policy

All CDs, DVDs, or Books will ship within 2 business days. If a product is out-of-stock we will notify you immediately and do our best to get it quickly. We ship orders worldwide. It costs $2.50 to ship one item in the US or $8 to ship an item internationally. The customer will be charged $1 for each additional item mailed in the US and $2 for each additional item mailed internationally. We appreciate you ordering directly from us artists!

Dittyville Return Policy

Any items sold through this website may be returned if defective within 14 days for refund or replacement. Please return any such items to: Dittyville 99 Faith Drive, Galax, VA, 24333 with a detailed note. Credit card or paypal payments will be refunded back to your credit card or paypal account. We want to do anything we can to make you happy with your purchase.
